Captain/Chef Dave has been fishing in the Golden Isles for over ten years while operating his two restaurants, Halyards and Tramici. Spend a half or full day with Dave on the water before eating your fresh catch in one of the two dining rooms after Dave cooks it the way you want it. Do you want to fish the skinny water for some redfish? Hit the holes for trout? Jig the beds for flounder? Bottom bump for sea bass? Do you want Dave to cook Blackened Speckled Trout? Trout Almondine? Tempura Fried Flounder? Grilled Sheepshead? Snapper Ceviche? Pecan Crusted Tripletail? Grilled Cobia? Dave will cook it up for you and your friends after a great day on the water.

Most fishing trips will leave from Hampton Point Marina and extend Northward from Little St. Simons to Sapelo Island. If the conditions are better to the South, we may fish St. Simons, Jekyll, and Little Cumberland Islands. Special package trips to Islamorada are available, just ask! Captain/Chef Dave is fully insured and licensed by the USCG.
